Executive - Dgft

We are hiring for the role of **Import /Export Executive - DGFT(portal) **for our **Chemical manufacturing Company** based at **Dombivli**.

**Location**: Dombivli, Phase 2.
**Qualification**: B.Com.
**Experience**: 3 to 5 years in similar role with DGFT portal knowledge.
**CTC**: Upto 5 LPA based on experience.

**Job Role & Responsibilities.**
- Handling DGFT licensing work
- Co ordinating with the import team & Logistics Team for utilization of Advance Licences and obligation fulfillment.
- Rodtep inecntives Provision and script generation online on Customs site, entries in ERP system
- Rodtep /Duty drawback inecntives Provision and script generation online on Customs site, entries in ERP system
- Appendix 5B C.A. Certificate - follow up with A/C team for every financial year close.
- Chemexcil membership registration - RCMC -Indo Amines Ltd. & Versatile Speciality Renewal of Membership and Amendment if require
- Preparing & submission of Export Data For awards to Chemexcil.
- eBRC updation on DGFT site.
- MIS of Advance Licence and Export incentives
- PR & PO in ERP system for vendor bills DGFT consultation fees
- IEC & in RCMC updation, renewal.
- Weekly Review with HOD - Handling DGFT licensing work
- Co ordinating with the import team & Logistics Team for utilization of Advance Licences and obligation fulfillment.
- Rodtep inecntives Provision and script generation online on Customs site, entries in ERP system
- Rodtep /Duty drawback inecntives Provision and script generation online on Customs site, entries in ERP system
- Appendix 5B C.A. Certificate - follow up with A/C team for every financial year close.
