**Responsibilities**:
1. *Training Delivery:*
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for Full Stack Development using Java, Python, and MERN stack technologies.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, real-life examples, and projects to enhance participants' practical skills.

2. *Curriculum Development:*
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing training materials and create new content to meet industry standards and market demands.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Full Stack Development and integrate them into the training curriculum.

3. *Mentorship:*
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, ensuring their understanding of complex concepts and problem-solving skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and collaboration among participants.

4. *Assessment and Feedback:*
- Design and conduct regular assessments to evaluate participants' progress and adjust the training approach accordingly.
- Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve the training programs and materials.

5. *Technical Support:*
- Assist participants in troubleshooting technical issues and provide support during lab exercises and projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using Java, Python, and MERN stack technologies.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and libraries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or webinars is a plus.
- Passion for teaching and empowering others with technical skills.
- Relevant certifications in Java, Python, and MERN stack technologies are desirable.
