**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage procurement schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on price trends and new suppliers.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
- Knowledge of supply chain and purchasing principles.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
