Job Summary: Shree Ashapura Moulds is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the company. The primary responsibility of this position is to sell our range of preforms, bottles, jars, caps, and other plastic products to wholesalers and retailers. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Shree Ashapura Moulds' products, including preforms, bottles, jars, caps, and other plastic products, to wholesalers and retailers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as product catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase Shree Ashapura Moulds' products and generate leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our products.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in plastic packaging to enhance product knowledge and sales pitch.

**Requirements**:

- Any bachelor's degree or Diploma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills to effectively promote and sell products.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
- (optional) Previous experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the plastics industry or related field. Freshers are also welcome.
