As a Telephonic Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, generating leads, and closing sales through effective communication and persuasion skills. **Responsibilities**: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists. - Present and explain products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits. - Engage with prospects in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns. - Use persuasive selling techniques to convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets. - Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling. - Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects. - Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends. - Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and privacy laws. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in telephonic sales or telemarketing is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus. - Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace for making calls. - Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and varying workloads. - Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection. - Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous but not required. **Benefits**: Competitive commission-based compensation structure.
