**Job Role**
- Vision Screening in eye camps & Vision Centres under the Supervision of Optometrist.
- Dispense eye glasses of spherical correction and adjust GoodVisionGlasses on the patient face.
- Refer patients to hospital for further treatment.
- Community awareness for gathering of patients in eye camp.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Age - 18 to 28
- Male & female in equal ratio
- Qualification - Any of these in order of preference:
(2) +3 completed from any stream (first preference science)

(3)+2 completed from any stream (first preference science)

Other desired skills:

- Must be ready to travel daily different location for eye camp as it is a completely a field job.
- Must be ready to take sales target and achieve it.
- Must be ready to relocate whenever and wherever required.
- Family support for job and stay out (Important)
- Good oral/written communication skills & decision making capability

**Training (1Year)**
- **Classroom Training** : Duration
- **On the job training**:

- Finally those who did well in the OJT they will be considered to Join as an employee with Care Netram with 6 month probation period.PF and ESIC benefits will be added

**Selection Process**
- Document Verification
- Interview (Face to face or Virtual )

**Documents Required**
- Must have a Resume, Original Aadhar Card, Job Card or rural BPL Card, Ration Card (Not Mandatory), PAN Card( if not available we will facilitate)

**Salary & Other Benefits**
- Starting salary 9k post OJT period and final selection
- Periodical appraisal based on the performance level
