**Requirement**:

- 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Process Reviews, etc.
- Understand business industry issues/trends.
- Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable the preparation of recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality risk management procedures.
- Awareness of internal auditing standards
- Develop strong working relationships with process owner/functional heads
- Execution on client engagement - Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements.

**Principal Activities/Accountabilities**:

- Process moderator for Sales & Leadership Meetings.
- Follow up with all respective stakeholders for Monthly MRM meeting as per agenda.
- Planning and conducting Internal Quality Audits for Organizational Projects.
- Participate in the External audits along with the team for ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 9001:2015.
- Manage ISO Certification renewals.
- Performing Metric review and Data analysis for projects on monthly basis.
- CRM Leads Analysis Report Validation.
- Update processes as per the Changes in the activities and Change requests.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
