Key Responsibilities:
1. Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various fabrication techniques and tools.

2. Welding: Weld metal components using various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.

3. Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and welding.

4. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.

5. Safety: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

6. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.

7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in fabrication and welding preferred.

2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in fabrication and welding.

3. Skills:

- Strong fabrication and welding skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.

4. Certifications: AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent preferred.

Working Conditions:
1. Work Environment: Workshop or fabrication shop environment.

2. Physical Demands: Standing, lifting, bending, and manual dexterity required.

3. Safety Equipment: Safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
