Support ongoing customer retention activities, including researching what may be the root cause of a customer issue or problem - Assist with queries and end-to-end resolution relating to (but not limited to) product licensing, activation, upgrades, renewals and customer portals; liaise with other Veritas business units as needed.

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics, Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

**Requirements**:
She should be comfortable working from Phase 1V Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

She should be comfortable working till 9 PM

She should be comfortable working 6 days

Should be a graduate

**Experience**

1 Year International BPO/ 1 Year Aviation/ Hospitality Experience

Salary

40k CTC

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹39,826.01 per month
