Qualifications - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Industry-specific experience preferred (Surgical & Pharma)
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, production documents, and SOPs
- Experience with ERP systems and production documentation.

**Responsibilities -**

Responsible for all production activities with respective GMP & CGMP.

Responsible for completion target of intermediate and finished product.

Filling and completion of BPCR & Reviewing for submission to QA.

Responsible for shift operations and activities being a shift in charge.

Monitoring of critical process parameters in batch operation and process.

Monitoring the shift activities for both quality and quantity aspects and related approved documents.

Issuing of Raw material and consumption reconciliation.

Handling of various types of work permits related to shop floor and safety.

Maintaining all production shop floor log books.

Supervision of vessel entry, Area & Line Clearance, preventive maintenance of equipment, calibration of instruments.

ERP for the production and completion of Batches.

Issuing of labels for packing materials.

Coordination with various departments for smooth production activities
- Warehouse, R&D, QC, QA, Maintenance, Utility, Electric, EHS & ETP.

Production planning of batches under scheduled tentative dispatch date.

Maintaining routine documents, ensure housekeeping and safety in plant.

Qualification of Equipment’s.

Submission of monthly stock reports for production target and consumptions.

Submission and preparation of validation, optimization and quality evaluation reports to QA.

Handling of change controls, OOS, deviations, CAPA, risk assessments, process safety and assessments.

Imparts on job/classroom training to the concern workmen and supervisor for SOP, New BPCR, CAPA, GMP & CGMP and monthly trainings.

Reviewing, designing, implementation, effecting of SOP and BPCR.

Indent for Production items and related materials (Utensils, log books, housekeeping materials, stationery items etc.)

Performing Hazard identification and risk assessments - (HAZOP & HAZAP).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
