**Job Description: Store Keeper**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain and manage the café's inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal.
- Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Stock Receiving and Inspection**:

- Receive deliveries, verify the quality and quantity of items, and update records accordingly.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding any discrepancies or issues.
- **Organizing Supplies**:

- Ensure proper storage of items in an organized and accessible manner.
- Follow storage guidelines to maintain the quality and safety of perishable items.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, receipts, and stock movements.
- Generate periodic inventory reports for management.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to anticipate needs and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Coordinate with management regarding purchasing requirements.
- **Safety and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards for food storage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inventory or storekeeping roles (preferably in the food and beverage industry).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately.
- Basic computer skills (for inventory management software and documentation).
