Job Description:
Job Title: Travel Consultant Reports to: Team Leader - 24x7 Department: 24x7 Employment Type: ? Full-time Hours of work: Maximum 48 hours per week, nights and rotational shifts based on the monthly roster RESPONSIBLE FOR: Deliver Air ticketing, hotel booking and transport services to individual, corporate and retail clients of ATS Travel. Actively manage customers from initial inquiry to the time they go for their trip. Ensure client satisfaction by creating customized travel packages that will suit their needs. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & TRAININGS: ? Experience working on Amadeus PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation and other requirements. ? Provide a high quality of customer service when interacting with customers over the phone, Live Chat, Video Conference or face to face meetings ? Ensure all points of contact are handled promptly and with a friendly and supportive attitude. ? Be attentive to customer’s needs and provide customized and flexible solutions to meet their specific requirements. ? Maintain high level of service consistently from first inquiry to the time when customer completes the trip. ? Ensure compliance to company processes and policies. ? Adhere to agreed service levels when dealing with the customer inquiries. ? Utilize company approved software systems for bookings and servicing clients. ? Be up to date with product changes and travel news. ? Use experience and comprehensive destination knowledge to be flexible and work around challenges. ? Achieve sales and service performance targets against key performance indicators. ? Promote add-on products such as hotels, car hire, private transfers, private tours (either day tours or multi day itineraries), Travel Insurance to increase sales. ? Ensuring that individual sales targets are achieved, contributing to company revenue targets. ? Develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with all customers. ? Spot trends and provide feedback and findings to the business to drive improvement. Page | 2 EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: ? Experience working for a minimum of 2 yearsas a Travel Consultant, preferably in UAE. ? Experience working in night and rotational shifts. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external clients. ? Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience working on Amadeus. ? Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service. ? Flexibility to work during holidays (compensatory off/overtime pay will be provided)SkillsExperience working on Amadeus, Willing to work in Shifts, English

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
