**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **high-quality posters** for webinars, online courses, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create **visual assets for digital platforms**, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.
- Develop **e-learning visuals**, course thumbnails, and illustrations that enhance the learner’s experience.
- Translate complex educational concepts into **visually engaging and understandable** designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency.
- Stay updated with current design trends, especially in the **education technology space**.

**Requirements software skill-**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 0 **years of professional design experience**, with **at least 2 month in the Ed-Tech industry** preferred.
- Proficiency in tools like **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Canva**, and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **poster designs**, social media graphics, and other design work.
- Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
