**Responsibilities & Skills**
- Understand project specifications and user psychology
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Make strategic design & user experience decisions related to core & new functions and features

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years as web designing experience in Software Development company
- Must have **WordPress** hands on experience
- PSD to HTML vice versa
- Proficiency in front
- end web programming languages such as HTML, CSS and framework Bootstrap.
- Basic Knowledge of JQuery and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience on theme implementation like Jupiter & Divi.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
