Job Description - Software Development Engineer Grad

What you'll do
You will report to the Engineering Manager or Project Lead within our Software Development team and will be part of a collaborative environment across departments such as Software Development, Data Services, Platform Architecture, and more.
- Work on real-time projects across various technology teams to gain hands-on corporate experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Data Analytics, and Global Database units
- Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline engineering processes
- Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, tools, and processes

You should have
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science only
- Minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th, and ongoing graduation degree
- No active backlogs or arrears; a clean academic record is essential
- Must be available for a mandatory full-time internship (6 months) starting Jan/Feb 2026
- Willingness to transition into a full-time Graduate Software Developer role after successful internship completion

Technical Exposure required
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or C#
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Data Structures
- Familiarity with database concepts like SQL Server
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Good to have: Exposure to Python, JavaScript, Cloud concepts, or AWS basics
