**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support the sales team in managing orders, targets, and customer relationships.
- Handle order processing, dispatch tracking, and follow-ups with logistics and clients.
- Maintain sales records, update databases, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Liaise with distributors, retailers, and internal departments to ensure efficient order flow.
- Resolve customer queries and assist in complaint handling.
- Assist with promotional activities, marketing material distribution, and event coordination.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is plus point.
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (FMCG/Pharma plus point).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
