**Job Title**: Admission Counselor
**Location**: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Admission Counselor to join our team in Seawoods. This role is ideal for freshers with strong communication skills who are interested in guiding students in their career choices. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for counseling prospective students, providing information about courses, and assisting with the admissions process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide in-depth counseling to students and parents on academic programs, career options, and the admissions process.
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process by offering clear, comprehensive information and support.
- Follow up with leads and manage the admissions database to ensure regular updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to facilitate referrals and word-of-mouth promotion.
- Organize and participate in on-campus events, open houses, and information sessions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive and empathetic approach.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in admissions or counseling is a plus.
