What will you do?
- Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users and stakeholders.
- Elicit and understand business needs (building Entropik’s brand guidelines and design system) and user needs for crafting the design language.
- Develop user interface design proposals that embodies simplicity, relevance to users and high end visual solutions.
- Produce high quality mock-ups to support concept and design briefs.
- Drive delight through design.
- Develop and/or update design systems to guide development teams.
- Successfully communicate conceptual ideas to cross-functional teams. Work closely with the Product Marketing teams
- Stay up-to-date with innovative visual design trends.
- Reviews and tests development builds to ensure compliance with designs

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of product design experience in successful SaaS product companies.
- Excellent interaction and visual design skills and a portfolio of projects demonstrating breadth and depth in interaction and visual design.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding and experience of using Figma
- One must be able to confidently articulate design rationale and enjoy leading conversations with teams and key stakeholders
- Have a deep understanding of product metrics and translate them to design goals
- Knowing prototyping tools will be an added advantage
- Expertise in standard UI software such as Adobe Premier and Aftereffects, Photoshop and Illustrator
