Job Title: Primary Kannada Teacher

**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
As a Primary Kannada Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive Kannada language curriculum for primary level students. You will create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters the development of students' Kannada language skills, cultural understanding, and appreciation for literature.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development:

- Develop a structured Kannada language curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the school's objectives.
- Design lesson plans, learning materials, and activities that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of primary students.
- Incorporate age-appropriate teaching methodologies to enhance students' language acquisition and fluency.
- Classroom Instruction:

- Deliver engaging and interactive Kannada language lessons that promote active participation and meaningful learning experiences.
- Provide clear explanations of grammar rules, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure in Kannada.
- Utilize a variety of teaching resources, including multimedia tools, to facilitate language learning and comprehension.
- Assessment and Feedback:

- Develop appropriate assessments, such as quizzes, tests, and projects, to evaluate students' progress in Kannada language proficiency.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills and address areas of weakness.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor students' academic performance and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
- Cultural Integration:

- Integrate cultural elements into Kannada language instruction to deepen students' understanding of Kannada literature, traditions, and customs.
- Organize cultural activities, events, and celebrations to promote cultural awareness and appreciation among students.
- Professional Development:

- Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in Kannada language teaching and education.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and pedagogical knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Kannada language, or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Kannada.
- Experience in teaching Kannada language to primary level students preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Passion for language teaching and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
