**Job Overview**:
The IT Executive is responsible for overseeing all IT systems and technology platforms within the hotel. This includes ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and guest-facing systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues. The IT Executive also collaborates with other departments to improve technology efficiency and security.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **IT Infrastructure Management**:
- Ensure the hotel’s IT infrastructure is well-maintained, including servers, computers, networks, and communication systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software as needed.
- Maintain backup systems and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
- **Guest & Staff Support**:
- Provide technical support to hotel staff and management for all IT-related issues.
- Ensure smooth operation of guest-facing technologies like Wi-Fi, keycard systems, in-room entertainment, and booking systems.
- Resolve issues related to guest internet access, TV services, or any other technical amenities.
- **System Security & Data Management**:
- Implement and manage security protocols to protect hotel data and guest information.
- Monitor IT security systems to ensure protection from cyber threats and malware.
- Maintain and regularly update antivirus software, firewalls, and other security measures.
- Manage user access rights and data integrity across systems.
- **Vendor & Partner Management**:
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, procurement, and system upgrades.
- Stay updated on the latest hotel technology trends and recommend system improvements or new technology.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external IT suppliers.
- **Hotel Systems Management**:
- Maintain Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and other hotel operational software.
- Ensure integration and functionality of reservation systems, guest management systems, and payment gateways.
- Perform routine system checks and audits to ensure optimal performance of hotel software.
- **Training & Documentation**:
- Provide training to hotel staff on new technology, software, and security protocols.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, procedures, and IT policies.
- Prepare and update IT manuals and user guides for hotel staff.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with local and international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Generate reports on system performance, downtime, and security issues for management.
- Participate in hotel audits and ensure IT systems meet regulatory standards.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel-specific software (PMS, POS systems) and hardware infrastructure.
- Experience with network management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Knowledge of IT support processes and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
