**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate **Mathematics Faculty** with a strong academic background from IIT or NIT, who can deliver high-quality JEE preparation classes and contribute to academic content development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth and concept-based teaching of **Mathematics** for **IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced)** aspirants
- Design and deliver lecture plans, assignments, practice sheets, and assessments
- Provide academic mentorship and support to students
- Analyze student performance and provide regular feedback
- Contribute to the development of academic content and test papers
- Engage in curriculum innovation and pedagogical enhancements

**Requirements**:

- B.Tech/M.Tech from **IIT** or **NIT** (mandatory)
- 2-3 years of proven experience teaching JEE Mathematics
- Strong command over JEE syllabus, question patterns, and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to work full-time from Thane, Mumbai

- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
- Tech-savvy with experience in using digital teaching tools
- Able to handle live/online classes if required
