Role : TALEND Sr Developer
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
ETL Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Talend Data Integration and other Talend components.
Data Transformation: Implement data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment processes to support analytics and operational needs.
Integration Solutions: Develop and maintain integrations between on-premises and cloud-based systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Error Handling & Logging: Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data quality and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of ETL processes, data flows, and system integrations.
Must-Have:
Proven experience with Talend Data Integration (Open Studio, Enterprise, or Cloud) and its components.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration, and data migration.
Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Experience with data warehousing concepts and practices (e.g., star schema, fact/dimension tables).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data integration services.
Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Java for custom components.
Preferred:
Experience with other Talend products (e.g., Talend Big Data, Talend Data Fabric, Talend Data Quality).
Knowledge of APIs, web services, and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Certification in Talend or related data integration technologies is advantageous.
