**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities appropriate for kindergarten level.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and love for learning among children.
- Teach basic concepts in literacy, numeracy, general knowledge, arts, and motor skills.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Develop and implement classroom management strategies that ensure discipline and safety.
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and school management for curriculum development and events.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Encourage social interaction, teamwork, and value-based learning.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and child safety guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / Equivalent qualification.
- Previous teaching experience in KG/Pre-primary is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage children through creative teaching methods.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
- Classroom management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken & written) [add other language requirements if needed].

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
