Social Media Coordinator

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with campaigns, promotions, and company goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize strategies.
- Assist in the creation of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Support paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations when required.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all social platforms.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal projects, internships, or professional).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Understanding of analytics and reporting tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
