Hospital Supervisor

As a hospital supervisor, it is your responsibility to ensure that the hospital or department meets the standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in delivering health care services.

This includes

coordinating and scheduling staff,

equipment, and resources;
monitoring and evaluating staff performance, productivity, and compliance;
developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols;
managing budgets,contracts, and inventory;
resolving conflicts, complaints, and issues among staff, patients, and stakeholders;
communicating and collaborating with other supervisors, managers, and leaders;
providing guidance, support, and feedback to staff;
facilitating training, education, and professional development opportunities for staff; reporting and analyzing data, trends, and outcomes;
as well as participating in quality improvement and accreditation initiatives

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
