- In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to Procurement operation and coordinating with customer. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for someone who should be open to working in any shift as per the business requirement._
- Responsibilities_
- _Conduct Bidding & Set up RFx Events as per stake holder’s requirements, develop reports based on the inputs and share findings with stakeholders._
- _Contract creation and amendment_
- _Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards._
- _Manage supplier contracts._
- _Shortage management with mitigation plan._
- _Manage Material / Item creation_
- _Coordinating sourcing projects in close collaboration with business units_
- _Stay updated with relevant regulations, laws, and industry best practices related to procurement activities._
- _Provide support via functional mailbox or ticketing tool to procurement teams and end-users._
- _Implement and enforce data security measures within procurement systems._
- _Monitor performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Postgraduate in SCM._
- _Relevant professional work experience_
- _Experience in process management or data modelling, ideally in the environment of SAP products (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP)_
- _Confidence working in an internationally diverse environment and organization._
- _Strong stakeholder management skills_
- _Fluency in English_

- _Demonstrated professional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills in English._
