**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Development and Delivery**:

- Design and deliver training programs tailored to retail sales teams.
- Focus on improving sales techniques, customer interaction, and product knowledge.
- **Performance Assessment**:

- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- **Sales Strategy Alignment**:

- Align training initiatives with organizational sales goals.
- Provide insights to enhance sales and conversion strategies.
- **Interactive Coaching**:

- Conduct role-plays and simulations to reinforce learning.
- Promote a customer-first approach in all sales interactions.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of training sessions and trainee progress.
- Prepare reports for leadership on training outcomes and improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO calling and sales.
- Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation.
