Work Description:

- Preparation of detailed estimates, quantity take-off and rate analysis as per CPWD and any Uttrakhand SOR for an institutional/office project.
- Liason with Clients and other statutory Approval Authority at Dehradun for getting approvals for the proposed Institutional project.
- CAD and Excel knowledge is a must.

Work Experience:
12 - 15 years experience in preparation of detailed estimates for government projects and should have worked in similar consultancy projects.

**Skills**:Excel, Good knowledge in CPWD SOR.

**Education**:
B.E(civil) or DCE

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
