**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented **Video Editor** to join our creative team. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, adding effects, graphics, and music, and turning raw clips into engaging and high-quality video content for our App.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage into compelling final cuts for Juno App, YouTube, social media, ads, courses, and events.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, background music, and animations.
- Collaborate with content strategists, marketers, and designers to understand project goals.
- Work on multiple formats: reels, shorts, long-form, explainers, tutorials, and trailers.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in video editing, storytelling, and content marketing.
- Ensure videos are aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and visual style.
- Manage file storage, backups, and version control.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor (share portfolio/reel).
- Proficiency in editing tools such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve**, or similar.
- Familiarity with **After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Descript, or AI-based tools** is a plus.
- Strong storytelling skills with a good sense of pacing, composition, and transitions.
- Knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and video compression standards.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of professional editing experience.
- Experience in editing for **educational platforms, YouTube content, or brand marketing**.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
