**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Take and accurately process customer orders, ensuring attention to special requests and dietary preferences.

3. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.

4. Keep the cafe clean and organized, including clearing tables and maintaining overall cleanliness.

5. Provide knowledgeable assistance on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

6. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with patience and efficiency.

7. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.

9. Monitor and restock supplies to ensure a seamless operational flow.

10. Uphold high standards of customer service, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Attention to detail in order processing and maintaining cleanliness.

5. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

7. Positive attitude and a team player mindset.

8. Ability to handle challenging situations with composure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Familiarity with urban and contemporary cafe culture.

2. Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

3. Basic understanding of sustainability practices in the food and beverage industry.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
