Position: Sample Coordinator

Job Location: Kohat Enclave Metro Station

**Salary**: 15-20K Per Month

**Job Description**:
The Sample Coordinator plays a crucial role in a apparel company by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sample process. They are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate handling of product samples throughout the development, production, and distribution stages. The Sample Coordinator works closely with various departments, including design, production, merchandising, and logistics, to maintain efficient sample management and support the overall product development process.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sample Management: Coordinate and track all incoming and outgoing samples, ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and organization of samples throughout the development and production stages.

2. Sample Request Fulfillment: Receive and process sample requests from different departments, ensuring the correct samples are pulled from inventory, packed, and delivered to the respective teams in a timely manner.

3. Sample Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive sample tracking system to monitor sample movement and ensure samples are available for meetings, photo shoots, and other events as required.

4. Quality Control: Inspect samples for quality and accuracy, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies. Communicate with relevant departments to resolve sample-related concerns.

5. Sample Storage and Organization: Establish and maintain a well-organized sample room or storage area, ensuring samples are properly sorted, stored, and archived for future reference.

6. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage sample inventory levels, replenishing as needed and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.

7. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and merchandising, to ensure sample availability aligns with project timelines. Communicate sample updates, delays, and issues to relevant stakeholders.

8. Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, including suppliers and manufacturers, to facilitate sample production, sourcing, and timely delivery.

9. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to samples, including sample requests, receipts, and distribution logs.

10. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sample management processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity within the department.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and product development processes.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to identify product defects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
