**- Exhibits leadership and helps build high-performing teams
- Facilitates daily scrum meeting and monitor progress against sprint commitments
- Actively participates in sprint planning and gains commitment of work from the team based on team capacity
- Coordinates with members within the team and across teams during grooming sessions
- Coaches and guides the team based on team member’s maturity and ensure understanding and adherence to processes
- Collaborates, communicates dependencies, and builds relationships with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Ensures that releases are being deployed on schedule and tracked in both Jira & Confluence
- Facilitates in removal of impediments helping team members work on deliverables throughout the process with mínimal interruptions
- Implement changes to improve efficiency and increase productivity, adjust as needed and incorporate feedback from team
- Reports the progress and calls out in case if any help needed in for different deliverables

**Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role**:

- Person will be client-facing with multiple customers. The associate should have 2+ years’ experience in Scrum Master role.
- Ready to work in flexible timings
- Good Communication skills.
- SAFE Agile Knowledge.
- Participate in improvements to make processes better.
- Participate in ongoing operational projects.
- CSM and PMP Certified will be preferable.
- Immediate joiners are considerable.

**Additional Skills -**:

- Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn how to use Incident Management tools
- Web / Internet / Intranet user knowledge
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Ability to take the initiative, to pursue and investigate the underlying issues within complex problem
