**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Shall maintain files and records, of the Section / Department, meticulously.

3. Shall note down the dictation and prepare documents in word, excel etc.

4. Shall assist in office management and operations.

5. Shall manage and distribute information within the office, which includes answering of phones, communiqus, circulars etc.

6. Shall undertake organizing office records.

7. Shall prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, offer general staff support.

8. Shall assist the other employees of the Institution, in the departmental work.

9. Shall Train / Impart knowledge to the fellow colleagues, as an when desired.

10. Shall perform any other duties which may be assigned; will be called upon to carry out any relevant activities, from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹8,410.07 - ₹18,397.01 per month
