PLC Programmer

**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable **Associate Trainer** to support delivery of our _Industrial Automation with Delta PLC & Servo Systems_ program. The trainer will guide students through fundamentals of automation, PLC programming, motion control, and integration projects such as labelling machine simulation. This role involves both **theoretical instruction** and **hands-on lab training**, preparing students for careers in industrial automation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver structured training sessions as per the syllabus (PLC, Servo, Motion Control, Pneumatics, HMI).
- Conduct hands-on workshops using **Delta PLC kits, WPLSoft software, sensors, servo drives, and HMIs**.
- Guide students in programming exercises, troubleshooting, and wiring practices.
- Mentor learners through the **final integration project (labelling machine simulation)**.
- Prepare learning materials, quizzes, and evaluation assignments.
- Support hybrid learning (online theory & offline practicals).
- Ensure safety and proper lab practices during hands-on sessions.
- Provide feedback and reports on student performance.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in **Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field**.
- Strong knowledge of **PLC programming (Delta preferred), motion control, and automation devices**.
- Hands-on experience with **Delta WPLSoft, servo systems (ASDA series), sensors, HMIs, and panel wiring**.
- Familiarity with **pneumatics** and industrial safety standards.

**Preferred Skills**
- Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience (formal or informal).
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for mixed-background learners.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
