**2. Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**: Maintaining and updating records and databases accurately.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Preparing and filing reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Administrative Support**: Assisting with day-to-day office operations such as scheduling and correspondence.
- **Financial Tasks**: Basic bookkeeping and invoice processing (if required).
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with vendors.
**3. Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Qualification**:
Minimum: 12th Pass or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn office tools and software.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
**4. Salary Details**:
- **Salary Range**: ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 per month.
