Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Career Thinks is a startup focused on providing study abroad services and career counseling to students. We are passionate about helping students achieve their academic and career goals. We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and collaborate with the customer support team, sales team, and marketing team to follow up with converted leads.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient process for students who have expressed interest in studying abroad or require career counseling.
- Serve as a point of contact for students, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information and progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract potential students.
- Assist in organizing and conducting events, seminars, and workshops related to study abroad and career counseling.

**Requirements**:

- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with different teams.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam languages, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and other stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of study abroad processes and educational institutions is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, or operations is preferred.

Salary and Incentives:

- Incentives of INR 1,000 for each successful conversion for study abroad and INR 250 for each career counseling session.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
