**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Supervise and manage daily operations at project sites, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment on-site, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Oversee the execution of stone care activities like cleaning, polishing, and restoration while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Manpower Handling**:

- Manage, allocate, and supervise a team of technicians and laborers, ensuring optimal productivity.
- Ensure that all team members are adequately trained on-site procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Handle day-to-day HR-related matters on-site, including attendance, performance monitoring, and resolving manpower-related issues.
- **Facility Management**:

- Ensure proper maintenance of site facilities, equipment, and tools, ensuring everything is in working condition.
- Monitor inventory levels for materials and supplies required for stone care services, ensuring timely procurement.
- **Billing & Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate billing and invoicing for services provided at client sites.
- Ensure that work completed aligns with client agreements and contracts for accurate billing.
- Maintain daily logs and reports on site activities, manpower, materials used, and other relevant details for accurate documentation.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Address any issues that arise during site operations promptly and effectively.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements at the site.
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe work environment for the team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision, facility management, or a related role, preferably in the construction, stone care, or facilities maintenance industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and billing software.
- Knowledge of billing processes, contract management, and invoicing.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and facility management.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role at construction or stone care sites.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the stone care industry and its processes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:
