Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Chemistry (Organic / Industrial / Applied Chemistry preferred).
- Fresher who are willing to learn can apply
- 1-3 years of experience in chemical / pharmaceutical / specialty chemical production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out production activities as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing records.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
- Assist in monitoring production process
- Support in quality checks by coordinating with the QC team.
- Follow safety rules while handling chemicals and equipment.
- Keep the workplace clean and organized.
- Report any problems or abnormal observations to supervisors
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of chemical processes, reactions, and unit operations.
- Understanding of calculation and conversions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
