- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a hairstylist/beautician.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Current cosmetology license (if applicable).
