Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach undergraduate-level computer science courses such as Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms, Operating Systems, Databases, Computer Networks, Machine Learning, and System Design.
- Mentorship: Guide students through individual and group projects, providing mentorship and technical feedback.
- Content Development: Collaborate with academic leads to design and refine curriculum content, lab exercises, and assessments.
- Innovation in Teaching: Employ modern pedagogical methods and tools to enhance the learning experience (e.g., flipped classroom, code reviews, online tools).
- Student Evaluation: Conduct evaluations, assign grades, and provide meaningful feedback to students.
- Community Engagement: Contribute to the academic community by organizing tech talks, code labs, workshops, and hackathons.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in software development or teaching is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a student-first mindset
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, and modern programming languages (C++, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students at the undergraduate level
- Contributions to open-source projects or industry experience
- Experience with teaching platforms and tools (e.g., GitHub Classroom, Leet Code, Codechef, Hacker earth, Hacker rank)
