**Job Title**: MIS Executive
**Location**: Manjeri, Kerala

**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (Based on interview performance)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports as required by management.
- Develop and manage dashboards using **Power BI** to support business decisions.
- Create and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using **Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)**.
- Work closely with different departments to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights based on business data.
- Support management in process improvements through data-driven recommendations.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (advanced level) is a must.
- Good working knowledge of **Power BI**.
- Certification in **Data Analytics** will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
