**TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO FRESHERS**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote travel services and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with travel-related questions and issues.
- Offer accurate travel solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive booking experience for customers.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and policies, ensuring all actions comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, promotions, and offers to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months experience in travel sales, particularly in US domestic travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals effectively.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of airline booking systems and CRM software is a plus
- Willingness to undergo a thorough background check.
