**Job Title: QC Expert in Microbiology**

**Experience Level: 3-5 years**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, optimize, and validate microbiological test methods as necessary.
- Conduct environmental monitoring and microbial identification to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
- Analyze test results, identify trends or deviations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment used for microbiological testing.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations, trends, and best practices in microbiological testing and quality control.
- Write, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), protocols, and reports related to microbiological testing activities.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on microbiological techniques and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory or quality control role, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques, methods, and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA, ISO, and cGMP guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,387.71 - ₹39,032.80 per month
