**About Company**

**Roles and Responsibility**
- Wintel Administrator

Wintel:

- 1. Responsible for providing technical guidance to other members of the IT support team on Windows Server-related issues.
- 2. Day-to-Day support for Windows Server systems, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and problem escalation.
- 3. Responsible for deploying and maintaining Windows Server systems, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- 4. Hands on experience in Windows server 2008/R2, 2012/R2,2016.
- 5. Responsible for optimizing the performance of Windows Server systems, including performance tuning, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
- 6. Deep understanding of Windows Server systems, including the underlying architecture, components, and configuration options.
- 7. Expertise knowledge on Microsoft Windows Cluster technology
- 8. Working knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Server, DFS
- 9. Expertise in using built-in and sysinternals tools such as perfmon, process explorer. etc.
- 10. Good troubleshooting skills on server performance, hardware and other windows OS related issues are mandatory.
- 11. Install software, software upgrades and patches; troubleshoots; and provide technical support.
- 12. Scripting: Powershell
- 13. Knowledge on VMware virtualization technologies
- 14. Understanding of Public and Private Cloud
- 15. Knowledge on Implementation and Support of IIS will be an added advantage.
