**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Location**: Thane

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality graphics for social media content and posts across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Design engaging visuals for ad campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
- Develop brand templates for various products, such as client quote templates and PowerPoint slide backgrounds.
- Ensure all graphic designs align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to meet project deadlines.
- Adapt and optimize graphics for different formats and platforms.

**About You**:

- 1 year of experience in graphic design or a fresher with strong creative skills.
- Familiarity with multiple social media platforms and their content formats.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong project planning abilities to ensure work is completed to a high standard and incorporates feedback before release.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
- A course or certification in graphic design is advantageous.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work, such as social media posts, advertisements, or company branding, to be presented during the interview.
