
Online Sales Executive

A Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates.
The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in North American market
- Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques.
- Good understanding of Digital campaigns on Google/Bing and LinkedIn. Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media for **North American customers**:
- Engage in **cold-calling** to create interest in company services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients (for our team in Toronto) and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company’s services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences across Canada and North America
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements and skills
- Should have worked with Software Development Industry (Service sector) for the last 3 years
- Atleast 3 years of experience with North American customers
- Hands on experience in using LinkedIn sales Navigator (or equivalent) for reaching out to the prospects
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (nice to have)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPT must)
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (Zoho/Hubspot) is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Location: Remote job
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
