**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Inbound and outbound calls for loans current month owing through foreclosure (Customer Service and Collection Calls in English)
- Effectively provide prompt, accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Successfully resolve routine inquiries regarding payments, escrow, loan terms etc.
- To work on delinquent database and follow-up with customers for outstanding liability amount.
- Connect with customers through E-mails, Phone Calls and keep a regular follow-up for overdue amount receivables
- Counsel customers about consequences of delinquency
- Maintaining service levels and performance metrics - Schedule Adherence
- Establish payment arrangements and determine strategies to resolve delinquency
- Provide the required customer support, timely and accurate collections
- Adhere to process of collections and ensure zero OD
- Responsible for managing the Collections, maintain/minimize the PAR account. Conducting periodic reviews and recommending collection settlements & also managing collection legal cases and recoveries.
- Managing the Members calls on calls.
- Clever enough in talking to Members in order to follow up for the payments

Fluency in English, Hindi Language must

Qualification - SSLC/HSC/Any Degree

Basic working knowledge of computers

Experience - 3 to 5 Year experience on NBFC-MFI & Banking

Immediate joiners preferable.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
