**Position Title: Programming Faculty**

**Job Summary**:

- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance the educational experience and job placement for students.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with advancements in the field of computer science and programming.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred; a master’s degree with significant industry experience may be considered.
- **Experience**:

- Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is highly desirable.
- Professional experience in the programming/software development industry is an asset.
- A strong record of research and publication in reputable journals (for research-focused institutions).
- **Skills and Abilities**:

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive academic environment
