**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate patients with psychiatric disorders, conduct assessments, and provide diagnosis.

- Monitor patients' progress, modify treatment as necessary, and offer follow-up care.
- Work collaboratively with medical staff, counselors, and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatry and mental health treatments.

**Requirements**:

- MD or DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-focused approach to mental health care.
