Academic Co-ordinator for Igcse

>Responsible for overseeing the academic processes within an educational institution, ensuring that students receive the highest quality education and that academic programs run smoothly. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with faculty, students, and administrative staff to maintain an effective academic environment. - Coordinate the scheduling and implementation of academic programs, courses, and curriculam. - Develop and maintain an academic calendar for the institution. - Support the administration in the development of new academic programs and course offerings. - Provide guidance to students regarding academic policies, procedures, and resources. - Assist with student academic advising and ensure they are on track with their academic goals. - Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support struggling students. - Organize and schedule faculty meetings and workshops. - Support faculty with academic resources, tools, and professional development opportunities. - Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Proven experience in academic administration or coordination, preferably in an educational institution. - Experience working with faculty, students, and academic departments. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
